These Terms govern use of the Site only. River’s products and services (“Services”) are provided to business customers under separate written agreements (each, an “Order” or “Engagement Agreement”). Those agreements—not these Terms—govern the provision, pricing, and use of the Services. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement controls.
2. About River
River builds artificial intelligence tools for financial services firms. The Site provides information about River and our offerings and allows visitors to contact us, request demonstrations, and learn about our Services.
3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business and professional use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of their organization. The Site is not directed to consumers for personal, family, or household purposes.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
